my story.
I grew up Catholic. I did not grow up spiritual. I was also not into self-development and my parents did not have the tools for emotional regulation.
I embarked on a journey through the trials and tribulations of a dysfunctional family dynamic. With ten siblings, a perpetually absent father to provide for us all, and an emotionally distant mother, my upbringing was anything but conventional.
Homeschooling, private and public schools, coupled with experiences of sexual abuse and bullying, painted a turbulent picture of my formative years.
By the age of ten, social anxiety had become my constant companion, rendering me mute throughout high school and plagued by panic attacks, ADHD, depression, and suicidal thoughts well into my twenties.
Health issues compounded my struggles, leaving me perpetually sick and exhausted.
Yet, amid the darkness, a glimmer of hope emerged.
Hitting rock bottom propelled me into the world of fitness, igniting a passion that would lead me to become a Personal Trainer, Nutritionist and later Business Coach.
Yearning for freedom, I ventured into the realm of online business, where success awaited.
But behind the facade of achievement lay a tumult of fears and insecurities. Despite outward success – six-figure months, dream homes, and exotic travels – I battled with crippling anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout.
Despite my best efforts – from mindset work to daily affirmations and self-development practices – something vital was still missing.
Then, a devastating wildfire swept through my life, consuming everything in its path including my home and nearly my life.
Lost in the ashes of destruction, I found my awakening.
Embracing a journey of healing, I delved into Ayahuasca ceremonies, sought guidance from energy healers, and embarked on a profound exploration of somatic nervous system work where…
I found my calling.
Closing the chapter on my previous endeavors, I dedicated myself to this path of transformation.
Today, I stand before you, humbled by the journey, and grateful for the opportunity to share my experiences. Thank you for joining me on this remarkable voyage.
