Hi, I’m Amanda!
So excited you are here! A little bit about me…I am a Somatic Business Coach and Trauma Informed Alchemist with a background in Spinal Energetics, Somatic Breathwork, Intuitive Energy Healing and Fitness & Nutrition.
My personal journey in the entrepreneurial space has led me to not only run half million dollar businesses but it has also led me from complete burnout to facing my deepest pains and shadows after many traumatic events.
The healing work I do now is what helped me connect back to my true self after living my entire life in a chronic dysregulated state. It has brought me so much peace, calm, clarity and joy in my life…and now I pinch myself everyday as I get to help others do the same.
